Building A Strong Team

Today we spent some time getting to know the people in our teams even more. Knowing what colour our DOTs are helped us to be able to talk about the strengths we would bring to our co-teaching teams as well as the parts of our nature that might require some understanding. We have started discussing the our learning programmes and we are very excited about the year ahead.

Joining the Dots

Happy New Year everyone! Today all of the staff from Puketaha School were back at work excited to see each other and get ready for when you come back on Wednesday Feb 3rd. We spent the morning have lots of fun playing team building games and getting to know our new staff members.  We even produced some music videos which brought out the rockstars amongst us. After a delicious lunch of sushi we had Mark Bunting come to help us discover more about communication which will be very useful when we are collaborating in our teaching teams. Tomorrow we will be meeting again to continue preparing for your learning. We hope you are enjoying your break. Have fun and take care. Mrs Dixon
